Our two May concerts couldn’t have been more different! Daniel Boling visited us on May 5. His music reflected the times we live in now, and really struck a chord with the appreciative audience. On May 17, we hosted Spinphony for the third consecutive year. And for the third year the show was a complete sellout.
Spinphony wowed the crowd with both their amazing musical talents and their ability to blend together the classics with the contemporary. They play everything from AC-DC to Beethoven and Led Zeppelin, stopping at almost every genre along the way. It was great to have the room filled with so much wonderful music.
Daniel Boling visited us from Albuquerque. The former park ranger turned full-time musician really caught the ear of our audience with songs about the life of a Veteran returned home. Daniel worked hard to connect with the audience, and it was clear that he was appreciated for his efforts.
Both our May concerts were hits with the audience, and we’ll find a way to invite both back to the Listening at the Legion stage in the future.
