Over the years we’ve had sellout crowds for well-known acts like Spinphony, 5280 A Cappella, Trace Bundy and of course, Brad Fitch and Mark Rashid. We’re also delighted that our first Tranquil Valley Radio Show last November packed the house with folks who knew they could trust us.
What was so wonderful about the Radio Show was that we’d never tried anything like that before Maybe it was morbid curiosity, but the show was an absolute hit, so much so that we’re doing it again on November 7. Not one show, but two, and we’re already selling tickets even though it’s months off.
We’ve booked close to a hundred shows since John Minier decided to take a chance and bring Jackson Emmer in for the first-ever Listening at the Legion show. Artists from all over the USA and a few from Europe have come to our little town to play on our stage and every one of them were good enough to play much larger venues. But they came to Estes Park, and we got to enjoy them in a setting that is and always will be intimate and personal.
Yes, there have been shows where we were wondering “Why don’t we have a bigger audience? This person is GOOD!” The first time Shanna in a Dress was here, the audience was all of thirty-one folks and that included the folks working the show. But when Shanna came back this past March, we more than doubled attendance.

We take the job of booking acts very seriously. Happily, our reputation amongst performers has more of them contacting us than us reaching out to them. We get to be even pickier about who we bring in. Who wins? You do.

Jay Nash, Garrison Starr, and Abby Posner were all amazing seasoned performers with blow-your-mind credentials. They all put on fantastic shows filled with energy and honesty. Yet, their audiences were smaller than expected.
We scratched our heads, and honestly, there was no good explanation. Except maybe one. Trust.
We have a solid reputation for the quality of our performers, and we’re not ever going to let up, and let you down. You may not know Daniel Boling or Jon Shain, and maybe you missed James Kirby‘s show at LATL last summer, but what you do know is us. So take a chance. Buy a ticket.
