As most of you know, Mark Rashid, this month’s Sponsor Spotlight and principal sponsor of Listening at the Legion, has built another beautiful, acoustic-electric guitar for us. Last year’s raffle raised nearly $9,000 for Post 119, with Ray Metzler winning the instrument. Last year’s raffle enabled the Post to distribute over $11,000 to local veteran and community non-profit organizations.

This year’s guitar honors our country’s 250th birthday, featuring custom mother-of-pearl and abalone inlays, with a retail value of $5,200. The drawing will take place during the Tranquil Valley Variety Show on November 7.

Raffle Tickets are $25 each, available at all concerts and from any Legion member. With only an estimated 350 tickets available, the odds of winning are pretty dern good!.
